How to apply for forest planting materials
Simply visit Irembo’s website: www.irembo.gov.rw.
What do you need before you start applying?
Here’s all you need:
- Export trade license
- Contract of the buyer
- You must have an account on the Irembo platform. To create an account, click here.
- A company Tax Identification Number (TIN)
- A valid mobile phone number or email (optional) to receive updates and track your application

Next Steps and Support Information
Certificate/License Delivery:
- Once the RFA officer has approved your application, you will receive a notification containing your Bill ID.
Payment Methods:
- Use your Bill ID to pay for your services using any of the methods in the Payment Options section.

- The billing number must be paid within 24 hours of issuance.
