Simply visit the One Stop Center platform: onestopcentre.rdb.rw.

What do you need before you start applying?

You must have an account. To create an account, click here.
A company Tax Identification Number (TIN)
A valid mobile phone number or email (optional) to receive updates and track your application.

100,000 RWF	Built-up floor area above 100 sqm to 200 sqm

Application Processing:

After submission of your application, you will receive notifications, including the application number that starts with C2***, that you can use to track the status of your application on this platform.
Once the application is approved, you will receive the billing number, so you can proceed to pay and get your permit.

- You can only pay once you have received the billing number that starts with 88****

Billing Number Validity:

The billing number must be paid within 15 days. Once the billing number expires, you might need to restart the entire process

Certificate/License Delivery:

After successful payment, you will be notified, and you will be able to download your permit using your application number
