The Renewal of Permit service allows individuals and companies to extend the validity of their existing building or construction permits.
Applicants must submit updated project details, and the Rwanda Housing Authority reviews the application to ensure continued compliance with building regulations before granting the extension permit.

Application Processing:
- After submission of your application, you will receive notifications, including the application number that starts with C2***, that you can use to track the status of your application on this platform.
- Once the application is approved, you will receive the billing number, so you can proceed to pay and get your permit.

You can only pay once you have received the billing number that starts with 88****
