How to apply for the Continuation of a Company

This service is for companies that were originally registered in another country but want to move their legal registration to Rwanda. It allows you to close your company abroad and continue your business activities seamlessly in Rwanda, maintaining your corporate identity and legal status.

After successfully applying, the applicant receives an application number (C2…), which can be used to track the status of the application at any time.
