The Certificate of Current Standing confirms that a company is legally registered and in good standing with the Registrar General. It summarizes the company’s compliance status, such as whether it has filed its annual returns, paid fees, and if there are any ongoing legal or insolvency proceedings.

You can apply online through the RDB One Stop Center platform: onestopcentre.rdb.rw.
Requirements Before You Apply
Make sure you have the following:
You must have an account. To create an account, click here.
A valid mobile phone number or email (optional) to receive updates and track your application.
A valid Tax Identification Number (TIN).
Next Steps and support information
Application Submission:
After successfully submitting the application, the applicant receives an application number (C2…), which can be used to track the status of your application at any time.
Certificate/License Delivery:
Once your application is approved, you will receive the current standing certificate via the email provided during the application process.
