The Rwanda Housing Authority (RHA) reviews your request to ensure the new usage complies with zoning laws, safety, and construction regulations.

  1. Application Processing:

  • After submission of your application, you will receive notifications, including the application number that starts with C2***, that you can use to track the status of your application on this platform.

  • Once the application is approved, you will receive the billing number, so you can proceed to pay and get your permit.

  • Note:
    You can only pay once you have received the billing number that starts with 88****

  • Once your application is approved, you will receive the license via the email provided during the application process.
