How to apply for Company Restoration

This service allows a business or enterprise that was previously closed or deregistered to be officially restored and resume operations. Once restored, the company must comply with all tax, regulatory, and reporting obligations as required by law.

You can apply if your business:

  • Was previously closed, and you want to restore it.

  • What do you need before you start applying?

Here’s all you need.


  • You must have an account. To create an account, click here.

  • A valid mobile phone number or email (optional) to receive updates and track your application.

  • A Tax Identification Number (TIN)

  1. Application Submission:

After successfully submitting the application, the applicant receives an application number (C2…), which can be used to track the status of your application at any time.

  1. Certificate/License Delivery:

Step 1: Once your application is received and reviewed, you will be asked to publicly announce that you are restoring your business.

Step 2: You must then resubmit your application along with proof of this public announcement.

Step 3: A 30-day waiting period follows to allow for any complaints to be filed.

Step 4: If no complaints are received and your application is approved, the restoration certificate will be sent to the email address provided during the application process.
