How to apply for the Declaration of Company Dormancy

This service allows your business to be temporarily inactive and suspend certain obligations, except for the submission of beneficial ownership information

• A valid mobile phone number or email (optional) to receive updates and track your application.

• Tax Identification Number (TIN)

1. Application Submission:

After successfully submitting the application, the applicant receives an application number (C2…), which can be used to track the status.

2. Certificate/License Delivery:

Once your application is approved, you will receive a certificate of your request via the email address or SMS provided during the application process.
