How to apply for an Agricultural Machinery Business Operator License

This service allows agricultural machinery business operators to register and obtain an operating license from Rwanda Inspectorate, Competition and Consumer Protection Authority(RICA). RICA will conduct a field visit to ensure the premises are compliant with RICA standards and regulation.

What do you need before you start applying?

Here’s all you need:

  • An active OneStopCenter account. To create an account, click here.

  • Valid company or individual TIN: Required to apply.

  • Valid mobile phone number or email address: To receive updates and track your application.

Required attachments 

  • Copy of dealership for dealers (agents of manufacturers)

  • A document indicating a list of agricultural machineries or equipment to be sold

  • Copy of facility ownership or rent agreement with the owner

  • Notarized degree of qualified technical staff

  • Copy of contract of the qualified technical personnel

  • Copy of passport

  • Business registration certificate from RDB

  • Copy of previous license
